Too cold and what wind there was off shore so out on the bikes
Joined a few others on a ride out to Woburn Sands some proper off road single tracks up hill and some scary down hills along gullies.
Fantastic ride no falls for me but I was the only one out of the 5 of us that didn't (only reason being I wear normal shoes none of these clippy things)
